THIS EASY PLAN REALLY WORKS! "Learning how to eat (again)" is designed to reveal how the careful monitoring of daily fat intake (DFI) can allow a person to EASILY control their weight. Deceptive food industry practices have made it necessary to learn how to determine fat content of food products without depending on the product disclosures. With practice, anyone can learn to regulate their DFI and thus, lose as much weight as they desire and KEEP IT OFF!

Learning How To Eat Again edition by Brian V Menard Health Fitness Dieting eBooks

I read this book at the same time my son introduced me to THE CHINA STUDY. Since January 2 I've been on a strictly vegan, whole foods, plant-based diet and watching my DFI (a term from Brian Menard's book). I'm not only losing a pound a day, which I very much need to lose, but I'm already feeling stronger and healthier. I recommend LEARNING HOW TO EAT (AGAIN) very highly.

NICE BOOK - THANK YOU VERY MUCH
I just came across Learning How To Eat Again. It is a book for reader who want to lose weight just like me. I am a working mom and I am always looking for new and easy ways how to lose weight. This is finally a method that I will enjoy because the author writes from the own personal experience about how he lost weight himself in a very unviolent and healthy way. I am a working mom of twin boys (6 year old) and a little girl and I have gained weight over the past few years and this books is helping me get the knowledge to make healthier food choices. I am really thankful for this book because the info is top notch!
I enjoyed reading this easy-to-understand guide to losing weight and doing it the healthy way. Mr. Menard explained the information in such a way that I was eager to know more. I'm going to keep this book handy for those weak moments when I get into a rut with my eating habits. Re-reading the info should get me back on track.
Learning How to Eat (Again) is a book designed to help encourage the reader to lose weight. The author writes from personal experience about how he was able to lose quite a bit of weight in a healthy amount of time and managed to keep it off. I am a mom who gained weight while I was pregnant and 3 years later still struggled to lose some of that extra weight. The reader has to understand that this is not a diet book but rather a book that helps you obtain the knowledge to make healthier choices. I like the fact that the author's method includes cheat days. I found that when I did allow myself to splurge on higher fat foods they didn't appeal to me or even agree with me. So, I had to ask myself, "Is that something worth eating?" I managed to lose weight during the holidays and still enjoyed holiday food. I haven't gained it back. This book encouraged me to eat right instead of diet. I think with most books of this nature you use your own common sense and apply what you have learned to work for you. I am one who is into organic foods and natural foods so I encourage finding substitutes that are natural and lower in fat. Learning How to Eat (Again) was well written and easy to understand. The book was designed to help me, the consumer, to lose weight and it accomplished what it promised therefore I am rating it a 5 stars.
This book is great for anyone who's concern about maintaining good health. In 2012, I had surgery, that was the result of a poor diet. Since then I've reduced my intake of Gluten, which like most people, I was totally ignorant of. Nutritionist Roger Bezanis said, "At some point if we don't make a volunteer change in our diet or our immune system will make an involuntary change for us.
Now I am happy to add another plan to reduce fat intake. The book is simple and easy to understand. My motto- Treat your body right and learn all you can about it--It's the Only Place You Have to Live." This book is a good starting point.
Do you feel you're eating too much fat in your foods, and that you don't know where to start on how to trim this from your diet? Or, on the other hand, are you not feeling your best, and believe that fatty foods are contributing to this?

LEARNING HOW TO EAT(AGAIN) is a very helpful, comprehensive guide on how to control the daily fat intake (DFI) in one's diet, and to be conscious of the foods which may be delicious, but, may not be beneficial for long-term health. It is written in a easy-to-read manner, without ever becoming overly-scientific or staid, but always engaging and logical in its handling of a topic which is of concern to people the world over.

I'm not only losing a pound a day, which I very much need to lose, but I'm already feeling stronger and healthier. I recommend LEARNING HOW TO EAT (AGAIN) very highly.
